Samdech Thipadei also called on artists of all forms to be extremely careful to avoid producing content or performances that are harmful to society or that promote racism, including color and religious beliefs.

"Regarding the creation of new works and compositions, in addition to focusing on innovative entertainment to capture interest and gain support, I would like to ask for your high emphasis on including educational messages and promoting social morality and family values by adhering to the principles of truth and virtue. Avoid plagiarism and ensure that the work becomes a model and a legacy for the next generation," the premier underscored.

In addition, Samdech Thipadei mentioned that supporting, training, educating, and encouraging young people is an obligation to continue safeguarding the ancestral heritage in the further development of Cambodia's national arts and culture.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei also commended the arrangement of dances, theatre, and other art forms, particularly highlighting the gratitude of the next generation of artists towards the senior artists who served as their teachers. Samdech Thipadei underlined that this is an important task that must be upheld by all generations.
