Phnom Penh (FN), May. 18 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and a high-level delegation returned to Cambodia safe on Saturday (May 18) after concluding a fruitful official visit to the Republic of Korea from 15 to 18 May 2024.

Samdech Thipadei’s official visit was made at the invitation of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol.

During his stay, Samdech Thipadei held bilateral talks with President Yoon Suk Yeol to discuss deepening partnerships and expanding multifaceted cooperation to elevate bilateral relations to new heights.

The two leaders also witnessed the signing of several documents covering areas such as economic development and infrastructure.

Samdech Thipadei had separate meetings with South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, and Speaker of the National Assembly Kim Jin-pyo. He also took part in a Cambodia-ROK business forum and met with Korean companies and Cambodians residing in the Republic of Korea.
