Phnom Penh (FN), May 14 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet's spouse Pich Chanmony urged Cambodian people to support local fruits and vegetables.

"Buying and supporting local fruits and vegetables helps Cambodian farmers and boosts the national economy," Pich Chanmony wrote on her social media on Tuesday (May 14).

Pich Chanmony's message was accompanied by a picture of an elderly woman holding a large bundle of Yardlong bean.

Yardlong beans are attracting high attention from Cambodians on social media as prices continue to rise.
