Phnom Penh (FN), May. 5 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet’s son Hun Pichmonyrithyseth ranked first among 1,730 participants from across the globe in the Caribou Mathematics Contest.

According to the certificate issued on 1 May 2024, the Caribou Mathematics Competition consisted 1,730 participants in both regional and global competition. It serves as a platform for students to showcase their mathematical abilities and compete at an international level. It not only encourages healthy competition but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among young mathematicians on a global scale.

The Caribou Mathematics Competition or Caribou Cup is an international online math contest. The challenge stimulates students' interest in mathematics through the “interactive” novel and interesting questions, and improves students' problem-solving skills. Since its inception, the Caribou Contest has quickly become popular in 29 countries around the world.
