Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 26 – Cambodian Senate President, Samdech Techo Hun Sen addressed to a group of Western critics that fortunately, they were born in a wealthy country, but their intellect is not that much superior to his own.
Samdech Techo spoke on Friday (Apr. 26) during his gala dinner with Cambodian Oknha Association at Garden City Hotel Phnom Penh.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen underscored, "Obviously, amidst COVID19, although your country is considered wealthy or possesses a robust healthcare system, there are more deaths and infections compared to my country."
Samdech Techo's statement came after a Western journalist remarked on the difference between Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, stating that Samdech Techo's speeches often carried a commanding tone, while Samdech Thipadei lacked such commanding presence.
