Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 23 – Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni welcomed Laotian President Thongloun Sisoulith and his first lady for a royal audience on Tuesday (Apr. 23) at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh.

Laotian President Thongloun Sisoulith and a high-level delegation arrived in Cambodia on Tuesday (Apr. 23) for a state visit from 23-24 April 2024.

During the visit, the president will meet separately with Cambodian President of the Senate Hun Sen, Cambodian President of the National Assembly Khuon Sudary, and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet. The Lao president is expected to exchange views with Cambodian leaders on enhancing Cambodia-Laos cooperation; as well as regional and international issues of common interest.
