Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 21 – Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, also Director of the Office of the Central Commission for Foreign Affairs and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Wang Yi arrived in Phnom Penh on Sunday afternoon (Apr. 21) at 2:30 p.m. for an official visit to Cambodia from 21-23 April 2024.

The visit coincides with the Cambodia-China People-to-People Exchange Year and will contribute to further strengthening the ironclad friendship and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation, deepening the building of a high-quality, high-level and high-standard Community with a Shared Future, promoting the Diamond Cooperation framework, and stimulating collaboration across regional and international platforms, thus mutually benefiting the two nations and peoples.
