Siem Reap (FN), Mar. 16 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that the development goal of the new mandate government is not to leave any place or anyone behind.

The premier spoke on Saturday (Mar. 16) at the opening ceremony of the 8th River Festival in Siem Reap Province.

At the ASEAN-UN Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia, on 7 November 2023, Samdech Thipadei’s phrase "Leave No One and No Place Behind" was noticed by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and was intended to be a UN slogan.
