Melbourne (FN), Mar. 3 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet briefed Cambodian citizens in Australia and New Zealand on the Royal Government's activities to enhance the justice system and out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism.
The premier spoke on Sunday (Mar. 3) during his meeting with Cambodians in Australia and New Zealand.
"Fifth, the reform and expansion of the judiciary. We have established the National Authority for Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (NAOCDR) as an additional option to resolve court cases. The mechanism aims to serve the citizens and respond to their concerns," the premier underscored.
The National Authority for Out-of-court Dispute Resolution (NAOCDR) was established on 2 November 2023 to help reduce congestion in court cases, resolve disputes closer to the people, and ensure harmony.
