Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 22 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet said that in every mandate, the Royal Government maintains a dual-pronged focus: firstly, to amplify positive achievements for the benefit of citizens, and secondly, to actively assess, enhance, and mitigate any adverse effects."
The premier spoke on Thursday (Feb. 22) during a winning ceremony for public service providers in education and health, held at Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre.
On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei underscored that the Royal Government of the seventh mandate continues to ensure the sustainability and implementation of policies initiated in previous mandates.
Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also underlined the paramount importance of extending the government's objectives to the grassroots level, spanning villages, communes, sangkats, and Khans. He underscored the critical significance of the Royal Government's policies in these localities.
The premier reiterated the challenge of addressing issues if the focus is solely on expanding positive achievements without addressing existing problems. Stressing the importance of balancing efforts, he noted that solely concentrating on problem-solving neglects the growing needs of the people, requiring a comprehensive approach that addresses both positive expansion and problem resolution.
