Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 29 – The GX Foundation announced the expansion of its mission to treat cataracts and fight against dengue fever in Cambodia, aiming to reach additional provinces in order to contribute to promoting the well-being of Cambodian citizens.

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet received a courtesy call by the Chairman of GX Foundation Leung Chun-ying, on Monday (Jan. 29) at the Peace Palace.

During the meeting, the chairman of the GX Foundation briefed Samdech Thipadei regarding the previous cooperation between the GX Foundation and Cambodia’s Ministry of Health. For his part, Samdech Thipadei thanked and appreciated the contribution of the GX Foundation in supporting the health sector in the kingdom in the past, especially the contribution of the GX Foundation in the provision of examination and treatment of cataracts for Cambodians living in some target provinces.
