Tokyo (FN), Dec. 18 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio witnessed the signing of seven exchanges of notes on Monday (Dec. 18).
The seven exchanges of notes includes the grant aid for development project in Cambodia. The seven exchange of notes are as follow:
1. Development of National Data Center for promoting e-Government.
2. Development project of digital water supply management system in urban area.
3. Project to request a vessel for hydrological measurement for the production of electronic navigation maps.
4. Joint Memorandum between Cambodian Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Japan on cooperation for digital economy and social development in Cambodia.
5. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of Cambodia and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan on cross-border payment cooperation via QR code.
6. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Mines and Energy and Minebea Mitsumi and SchneiTec on cooperation on solar energy project.
7. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Mines and Energy and erex Co. Ltd and SPHP (Cambodia) on cooperation on biomass energy projects.
