Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 10 — Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has further elected 23 permanent members of the central committee.

The 23 dignitaries include Vong Soth, Sun Chanthol, Hang Chuon Naron, Say Sam Al, Sar Sokha, Tea Seiha, Koeut Rith, Sok Chenda Sophea, Vongsey Vissoth, Om Yentieng, Chiv Keng, Ouch Borith, Osman Hassan, Hing Bun Heang, Mao Sophan, Tea Vinh, Soeng Samnang, Sar Thet, Ly Yong Phat, Chea Serey, Som Soeun, Hun Many and Peng Ponea.

The decision was made at the 44th Central Committee Meeting of the 5th Mandate, chaired by Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, Honorary President of the Cambodian People's Party, held from 9-10 December 2023 at the CPP headquarters in Phnom Penh.
