Siem Reap (FN), Dec. 8 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet welcomed 32 contracted officials of Run Ta Ek Healthcare center and schools to serve in the government. Additionally, the premier also granted school buildings, five computers, five printers, and two copy machines for each location.

The premier spoke on Friday (Dec. 8) during his meeting with nearly 3,000 people who voluntarily relocate to Run Ta Ek Area, Siem Reap province.

“Furthermore, Electricity Du Cambodge (EDC) must provide electricity access to Run Ta Ek Health Center for free of charge,” the premier added.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei also recommended upgrading Run Ta Ek Health Center to a Level-1 referral hospital, allowing for the recruitment of more staff to better serve the people living in the area.
