Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 7 – Cambodian Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khy Sovanratana delivered an intervention during the “Committee Meeting on Political and Foreign Affairs” in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Taking this opportunity, Khy Sovanratana stressed on the importance of cooperation among CLV countries including the prevention of human and drugs trafficking, illegal border crossing, commerce, investment, infrastructure, tourism, agriculture and people-to-people connectivity.

The secretary of state also added that Cambodia is committed to enhancing a peaceful and safe environment in the CLV-DTA region and encouraging all member countries to continue to actively promote and strengthen the solidarity between all peoples and authorities at all levels, particularly the traditional friendship of the three countries.
