Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 15 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet advised Cambodian Minister of Land Management Say Sam Al to allocate separate zones in Phnom Penh city for green growth, commercial, and entertainment.
The premier spoke on Wednesday afternoon (Nov. 15) during the inauguration of Koh Norea Bridge in Phnom Penh.
"I instructed Minister of Land Management [Say Sam Al] to review zoning, specifically ensuring that newly developed residential areas remain free from business activities that could adversely impact residents. Business activities should be designated to appropriate zones. Determining the ideal percentage of green spaces for our citizens is also crucial in optimizing Phnom Penh's potential as a significant capital city," the premier underscored.
According to Samdech Thipadei, people are eager to invest in upscale Boreys due to the convenience they offer, including spacious roads, access to green spaces, and designated business areas. Samdech Thipadei is committed to fostering the growth and development of Phnom Penh to improve the quality of life of the people.
