Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 16 – During the official visit to the French Republic from 12 to 18 November 2023, Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni was received by French President Emmanuel Macron, for official talks at the Palais de l'Élysée in the afternoon of 13 November 2023.

“The king expressed his high expectations for three projects: (1) the study of the renovation and expansion of the National Museum of Cambodia by French experts, (2) the cooperation between the National Museum of Cambodia and the Guimet Museum, and (3) the restoration of the reclining Vishnu bronze statue, as well as the exhibitions of Khmer artifacts in France and other museums,” according to the outcomes of the official talks seen by Fresh News on Thursday (Nov. 16).
