Siem Reap (FN), Nov. 5 – Pich Chanmony, commissioner general of the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia (GGAC) and a member of the Asia-Pacific World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), received the Gold Award from the Asia-Pacific WAGGGS and the OB-PS Global Certificate from Dr. Juseon Byun, founder of Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW) and Ching Ching Wee-Ong, chair of FAPW.

The handover ceremony took place at the opening ceremony of the 7th Friend of Asia-Pacific WAGGGS General Assembly on Sunday morning (Nov. 5) presided over by Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet.
