Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 27 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet advised relevant authorities at national and sub-national levels to jointly prepare a joyful celebration and ensure security and safety for the citizens on the occasion of the upcoming National Independence Day and Water Festival.

The premier spoke in the weekly cabinet meeting, held on Friday morning (Oct. 27) at the Peace Palace.

It should be noted that the 70th National Independence Day will be held on 9 November 2023 and the water festival will take place from 26 to 28 November 2023.
