Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 27 – Samdech Techo Hun Sen, president of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) expressed his deepest condolences over the passing of former Chinese premier Li Keqiang on Friday morning (Oct. 27) in Shanghai, China.

"It is with profound sorrow that I learned of the passing in Shanghai this morning of His Excellency Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th, 18th and 19th central committees of the Communist Party of China and former Premier of the State Council. His demise represents a great loss to the Chinese people and Party," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Friday (Oct. 27).
