Riyadh (FN), Oct. 21 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet and a high-level delegation arrived in Cambodia safe on Saturday (Oct. 21) after concluding five-day overseas missions to China and Saudi Arabia.

On 18 October 2023, premier Hun Manet attended the opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road forum, under the theme "High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity”.

The forum was chaired by Chinese president Xi Jinping in Beijing, China.

During the forum, Samdech Manipadei Hun Manet also delivered a keynote address on “Digital Economy as a Source of New Growth.”

On 20 October 2023, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet and a high-level delegation attended the ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council ( GCC) Summit in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

On the sidelines of both occasions, Samdech Thipadei also engaged in productive bilateral meetings with foreign dignitaries, fostering the bilateral cooperation between Cambodia and the countries that were present.
