Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 11 – Indian ambassador to Cambodia Devyani Khobragade expressed her condolences to the family of Chan Oudom, a Cambodian student who was killed in Israel-Hamas violence, according to the Embassy of India’s Facebook on 9 October 2023.

“Our deepest condolences to all, especially Cambodian national on the tragic loss of a student in the recent Hamas attack in Israel.

Our heart go out to you and all those affected by this devastating incident. May peace and strength find their way to everyone touched by this tragedy.”
