Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 11 – Italian prime minister Giorgia Meloni sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

“I am confident that, under your leadership, Cambodia will continue on its path of growth and prosperity and that the relations between our two Nations and between our peoples will continue to increase, led by mutual interest in inclusive development and in international peace and stability.

Italy looks with special interest at the Indo-Pacific region and in particular at South-East Asia, also as a Partner of the ASEAN Development, which represents a greatly important area of collaboration” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Wednesday (Oct. 11).
