Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 7 – Tourism minister Sok Soken led a delegation from the Ministry of Tourism and the private sector to visit and inspect the new Siem Reap Angkor International Airport on 7 October 2023.

According to the Ministry of Tourism, Soken praised and highly appreciated Angkor International Airport Investment (AIAI) company for building and developing the new, modern, and attractive Siem Reap Angkor International Airport.

This new airport will serve as a prominent symbol of our dedication to delivering top-notch hospitality services to our valued passengers, and will also facilitate the expansion of international flights. Therefore, it is crucial for Cambodian tourism to prioritize the promotion of a wide range of services, especially those that are relevant to the global tourism industry. This requires a seamless integration of both tangible and intangible aspects of our infrastructure.
