Phnom Penh (FN), Oct. 3 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet asked the opposition group what kind of dialogue culture should be used after they have repeatedly insulted him, speaking on Tuesday (Oct. 3) during a meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Phnom Penh.

The premier added that during his visit to the United Nations, extremist opposition groups staged demonstrations insulting him and later proposed a culture of dialogue.

Samdech Thipadei said, "do not curse me and then later come to me to ask for agreement. It is wrong,” adding that a culture of dialogue is possible only if all parties agree and understand each other.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei reminded that Samdech Techo had organized this culture of dialogue with the former Cambodia National Rescue Party in the fifth mandate, but after a while, Sam Rainsy went to France and continued to insult Samdech Techo.
