Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 25 – Peruvian president Dina Ercilia Boluarte Zegarra sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

“On this special occasion, I wish to convey my best wishes for the success of your administration and to express my government’s willingness for maintaining our bonds of friendship and cooperation between our nations, both bilateral and in the multilateral fora of which we are part, such as the Organization of the United Nations, the Forum for Cooperation Latin America - East Asia (FOCALAE), and the fruitful dialogue established between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Pacific Alliance (PA) among others,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Sep. 25).
