Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 25 – Sri Lankan prime minister Dinesh Gunawardena sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

“I am certain that the friendship between our two nations will continue to strengthen in the years ahead and I look forward to working closely with your government to further broaden and deepen bilateral relations,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Sep. 25).
