Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 25 – Pakistani prime minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

“We wish to further strengthen the exiting ties of goodwill and to expand them to areas such as trade and investment, culture, tourism and agriculture. Opening of a permanent Cambodia Mission in Islamabad would be very helpful in this regard,” according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Monday (Sep. 25).
