Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 23 – At the invitation of Azerbaijani foreign minister Jeyhun Bayramov, secretary of state and ASEAN SOM Leader of Cambodia Kung Phoak participated in the 15th ASEAN-ECO Ministerial Meeting, held in New York on 22 September 2023 on the sidelines of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

"The Meeting reviewed the progress of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two Secretariats, and the Work Plan that was adopted and signed since 2006, particularly in the four priority areas such as: (i) trade and investment, (ii) narcotics control, (iii) SMEs development, and (iv) tourism," according to the outcomes seen by Fresh News on Saturday (Sep. 23).
