Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 2 – Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

"I am pleased to observe that our nations have cultivated friendly relations based on mutual understanding and respect. I remain confident that through our joint efforts, existing ties will further intensify in all areas of mutual interest," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Saturday (Sep. 2).
