Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 1 – Russian deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Alexey Vasilyevich Chepa sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

"You have all the qualities required of a national leader, which is why I have strong confidence in my heart that in this coming era, under your leadership, the Khmer people will become more prosperous," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Friday (Sep. 1).
