Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 29 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet stated that the new Royal Government will ensure peace, development and national unity in order to maintain the existing achievements, speaking on Tuesday (Aug. 29) with nearly 20,000 workers in Phnom Penh.

Manet underlined that the new Royal Government is committed to maintaining the achievements left by the previous government, and continues to strive to create new achievements in the future.

“When peace is lost, so is job. It is important to maintain peace and stability,” said Manet, adding that peace is precious not only 40 years ago, but also today and in the future.

On the occasion, premier Hun Manet said a team of experienced and educated experts of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has set a clear and comprehensive policy with a long-term vision and action plan to ensure sustainability.

The CPP political program 2023-2028 is a continuation of the political program 2018-2023 and responds to the evolution of the actual situation both in the country and abroad.
