Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 22 – Vietnamese prime minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment.

"It is my firm belief that, under Excellency's leadership, the Royal Government and people of Cambodia will continue to attain great achievements on the path towards building a nation of peace, stability and prosperity, and Cambodia's role and position on the regional and global stage will continue to rise," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Aug. 22).
