Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 22 – Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian foreign minister Sok Chenda Sophea on his recent appointment.

"China and Cambodia, neighbors with deep-rooted traditional friendship, are now ushering in a new era of building a high-quality, high-level and high-standard China-Cambodia Community with a Shared Future under the strategic guidance of our leaders. I stand ready to work with you to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of our two countries and advance the comprehensive strategic cooperation in a coordinated manner, with a view to yielding more fruitful results for the building of China-Cambodia Community with a Shared Future," according to the letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Aug. 22).
