Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 22 – Myanmar’s senior general Min Aung Hlaing sent a congratulatory letter to Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet on his recent appointment, according a letter seen by Fresh News on Tuesday (Aug. 22).

“It is my firm conviction that under your visionary leadership and guidance, close cooperation between Myanmar and Cambodia will be further strengthened and enhanced in various areas in order to bring about tangible benefits to our two nations and peoples in the years to come.”
