Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 12 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen asked the armed forces of Brigade 70 to cooperate with the relevant authorities and local residents to timely prevent any tendencies, aiming at causing social unrest and instability.

The premier spoke on Monday morning (Jun 12) during an inauguration of achievements of Brigade 70 in Phnom Penh.

"I urge Brigade 70 to continue to implement good cooperation with local authorities at all levels, relevant institutions, and local residents to strengthen national solidarity in order to timely prevent any tendency aiming at provoking ethnic, religious hostility, causing social unrest and instability," the premier underscored.

Premier Hun Sen also expressed his gratitude and praised the Cambodian armed forces for their heroic efforts and sacrifices in defending the territorial integrity, maintaining peace, security and order for our people and society.
