Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 10 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen expressed strong hope that the Cambodian Oknha Association (COA) will be the seedbed and the foundation for major business and investment networking and partnership in Cambodia.

The premier spoke during his meeting with the COA members on Saturday evening at Premier Sen Sok Phnom Penh.

"I sincerely hope that the COA will be the seedbed and the foundation for major business and investment networking and partnership in Cambodia as well as an indispensable partner of the Royal Government in enhancing the role of Cambodia in the regional and global trade,” the premier underlined.

Samdech was proud that this association was established at a time when the Royal Government of Cambodia is in need of a strategic partner to achieve the vision of transforming Cambodia into a middle-income country by 2030 and high-income country by 2050.

On that occasion, Samdech considered COA to be a testament to the strong relationship between the Royal Government and the private sector, as well as the unification of the two parties under the shadow of peace for the cause of the nation and lasting development.
