Phnom Penh (FN), May 31 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that failure of one or two political parties to compete in 2023 general election does not undermine Cambodia’s democracy.

The premier spoke at an inauguration of a bridge across the Tonle Sap and Russey Keo flyover, held on Wednesday morning (May 31) at OCIC, Phnom Penh.

Samdech expressed his satisfaction that having the Cambodian People's Party (CPP)’s No. 18 on the ballot paper for the upcoming July 23 national election is a lucky number and is easy for voters to remember.
