Phnom Penh (FN), May 24 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen reminded all internet service providers and Borey owners to terminate exclusive internet provision contracts as it is a violation of the law on telecommunications.

The premier spoke at an inauguration ceremony of a new location of the Royal University of Fine Arts, held on Wednesday morning (May 24) in Phnom Penh.

In addition, the premier urged cooperation between borey developers and the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications as well as other internet service providers to improve service quality.

On that occasion, Samdech also advised telecommunication companies to speed up the installation of their networks and services.
