Phnom Penh (FN), May 5 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen announced to officially open the 32nd SEA Games.

The opening ceremony took place on Friday evening (May 5) at Morodok Techo National Stadium.

On the occasion, the premier reiterated the slogan “sports live in peace; peace is for everyone; everyone is for peace.”

Samdech also thanked Lao president Thongloun Sisoulith, representatives of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), athletes and citizens for their participation and support for the SEA Games.
