Siem Reap (FN), Apr. 14 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that the gods' families were separated due to war, yet peace reunites them, speaking at the opening ceremony of Angkor Sankranta, held on Friday (Apr 14) in Siem Reap province.

"I would like to thank the foreign embassies in Cambodia for their assistance in returning plundered Khmer artifacts. Hopefully, this cooperation will continue," the premier underscored.

On 17 March 2023, Cambodia hosted a celebration of returned Khmer artifacts to the kingdom at the Peace Palace.
