Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 20 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that the kingdom's reforms have begun since he became the prime minister in 1985 without waiting for complete peace.

The premier spoke at implementing the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP) Phase 4 (2023-2027), held on Monday (Mar 20) at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.

"We did not wait for complete peace to start reform. I can say that we survive now thanks to reform," the premier underscored.
