Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 7 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that after Pol Pot regime, Cambodian people only wanted enough food to eat. Nowadays, they demand tasty and safe food.

The premier addressed the closing of annual meeting of Ministry of Health on Tuesday (Mar 7) at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.

"After Pol Pot regime, we just want food to eat. Nowadays, we want the food that are delicious and safe to eat. In this regard, we shall jointly think about this issue," the premier underscored.

Samdech also urged the Ministry of Health to promote and nutrition education to avoid the negative impacts of those foods on citizens' health.
