Beijing (FN), Feb. 10 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen held a bilateral talk with Chinese prime minister Li Keqiang in Beijing on Friday (Feb 10).
The two premiers presided over a signing ceremony of 12 bilateral cooperation documents.
The documents are as follows:
1. Agreement on strengthening cooperation in building a community with common destiny in the new era between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries. Signed between Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn and Chinese foreign minister Qin Kang.
2. Agreement to implement the Kratie University Development Project, Phase II within the framework of the Chinese government’s grant. Signed between Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn and Chinese commerce minister Wang Wentao.
3. Action Plan on Trade and Economic Cooperation 2023-2024. Signed between Cambodian commerce minister Pan Sorasak Pan Sosak, Minister of Commerce and Chinese commerce minister Wang Wentao.
4. Protocol on the requirements of meteorology and hygiene for the export of live aquatic animals from Cambodia to China. Signed between Cambodian monster of agriculture Dith Tina and Chinese director general of the Chinese General Administration of Customs (GACC) Yu Jianhua.
5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Information of Cambodia and the Central Radio and Television of Central China. Signed between Cambodian information minister Khieu Kanharith and director general of China Central Radio and Television Shen Haixiong.
6. Agreement on Cooperation between the Cambodian News Agency and Xinhua News Agency. Signed between Khieu Kanharith and director of Xinhua News Agency Fu Hua.
7. Joint Statement on the Asian Cooperation Initiative for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage. Signed between the Foreign Ministry’s Secretary of State Tuot Panha and Li Qun, deputy minister of Culture and Tourism of China and director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration of China.
8. Memorandum of Understanding on the Cambodia-China Development Cooperation Plan 2023-2025. Signed between Cambodian Economy Ministry’s secretary of state Ros Seilava and president of China International Development Cooperation Luo Zhaohui.
9. Exchange of Letters on the Study of Achievements in the Poverty Reduction Cooperation Project in Cambodia, Phase II. Signed between Cambodian Economy Ministry’s secretary of state Ros Seilava and president of China International Development Cooperation Luo Zhaohui.
10. Letter of receiving a grant of USD 4.4 million for a project to reduce unexploded ordnance in Cambodia. Signed between Cambodian Economy Ministry’s secretary of state Ros Seilava and Chinese commerce minister Wang Wentao.
11. Framework Agreement for Dang Kambit Reservoir Development Project, Kampong Thom Province. Signed between Cambodian Economy Ministry’s secretary of state Ros Seilava and president of China International Development Cooperation Luo Zhaohui.
12. Concessional Loan Agreement for Dang Kambit Reservoir Development Project, Kampong Thom Province. Signed between Cambodian Economy Ministry’s secretary of state Ros Seilava and president of the Export-Import Bank of China Wu Fulin.
