Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 16 — Investigating judge of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court Tith Dalin decided to temporarily detain vice president of the Candlelight Party Thach Setha at Prey Sar Prison, allegedly charge with embezzlement, according to the pre-trial detention order seen by Fresh News on Monday night (Jan 16).

A senior police officer told Fresh News earlier that Thach Setha has been arrested today around Wat Samrong Andet, Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district.
