Kompot (FN), Dec. 30 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that China is a respectable lender, who never orders Cambodia to do anything with the loans.

The premier spoke at the groundbreaking for the reconstruction and upgrading of National Road No. 31 and No. 33, held at Kampot on Friday (Dec 30).

"Our respect for China is that China has granted us our wishes,” the premier said.

“We were given loans and allowed to build anything we want,” the premier underscored.
