Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 27 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen asked the judiciary not to rush into arbitrary arrests in civil cases, saying he will follow up on the complaints against Bayon TV staff.

The premier spoke during the Ministry of Land Management’s annual meeting, held at the Ministry on Tuesday (Dec. 27).

The premier’s remarks came after he received information about the arrest of a Bayon TV employee by a court order following a complaint from a tycoon that the employee had committed a USD 36 million fraud.
