Kampong Speu (FN), Dec. 26 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen encouraged the grade 12 graduates to pursue bachelor’s degrees in the university, and the failed students shall not drop out, but prepare for the next year's exam or pursue their education in associate's degree.

The premier spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction and upgrade of National Road No. 41 at Kampong Speu Province on Monday morning (Dec. 26). 

"The important thing is to pursue the education in the university [...] I would like to call on students who do not pass the exam to continue their studies and make the hard effort in the exam next year or they can enroll for an associate's degree," the premier underscored.
