Kampong Speu (FN), Dec. 26 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen, also the president of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP), said that the ruling party has set vision for a "Mine-free Cambodia by 2025".

The premier spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony of the construction and upgrade of National Road No. 41 at Kampong Speu Province on Monday morning (Dec. 26).

"The Standing Committee of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) has included a vision of mine-free Cambodia by 2025 in our leadership strategy 2023-2028. In the upcoming January, the CPP will have the General Assembly on political agendas for the next term," the premier underscored.
