Sihanoukville (FN), Dec. 22 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen asked venerable monk But Buntenh to clarify the case of drinking red wine and taking a widow on a motorbike from Phnom Serey Pagoda in the United States.

The premier spoke at the inauguration of a 43-kilometer road connecting Prey Nup District to Sihanoukville on Thursday morning.
